With over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources, Craig brings international HR expertise in employee engagement, leadership, transformational change and organizational culture. Craig is an accredited Canadian HR leader, certified in DiSC© Behavioural Assessment and Predictive Index©.

A dedicated change agent, creative thinker, collaborator and inspirational leader, Craig created Gran Sasso HR with a mission to connect people to their work in new, meaningful ways. He is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their fullest potential by building high performance cultures grounded in trust and collaboration.

Hailing from Bedford, Nova Scotia, Craig holds degrees in psychology and human resource management and has led the HR function in organizations ranging from $1 million to $1 billion dollars in annual revenue. He has held executive roles across a variety of sectors including Disaster Restoration, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.

Craig has trained thousands of employees across North America on leadership, engagement, and change management. When he isn’t working with clients, Craig can be found in a gym coaching high school basketball. Craig sits on several not - for - profit boards and has been recognized for continuous outstanding volunteer service to the community he lives in. A certified sommelier, he also enjoys kicking back with Italian wine, traveling with his family and working on his golf game.
